High conflict divorce cases are not just draining on the clients, but on the attorneys as well. Many attorneys find themselves playing the role of counselor and advisor on matters that distract from the case. I provide services that free attorneys bandwidth to fight the good fight for their clients. I’ve been trained by attorneys and therapists to effectively work with clients.

PROVIDING EMOTIONAL SUPPORT FOR CLIENTS

Many attorneys do not properly understand cluster b personality disorders so can often find their work hindered as a result of ongoing psychological and emotional conflicts. This is where I come in. By partnering with firms who see a high caseload of difficult cases, I am able to provide essential support to your clients in areas that often fall outside an attorney’s scope. I do not provide legal advice, and I have a strong reputation of collaboration with my law partners.

My goal is to provide support to your clients who may be struggling with a new normal combined with a high conflict divorce. My hope is that the support I provide makes it easier for the attorneys to handle the legal side of things.

  5. Encouraging a strategic not an emotional mindset when dealing with attorneys and court dates

  6. Emotional support before client/attorney meetings where issues relating to divorce or child custody battles are going to be discussed and negotiated.

  7. Coaching on how to de-code narcissistic language and communicate non-emotionally and effectively with ex-partners while triggered.

 

How To Work With Me

  • Discovery Call

    The first step is to schedule a discovery call ensuring that all interested decision makers are available. On our discovery call, we will discuss your firm’s needs, and how I can best assist your clients. I will outline my retainer and fee structure for law firms. When I work with law firms, I am paid through the firm with the billings being sent to the client.

  • Client Servicing

    My goal will be to assist you by providing your client with a safe space to talk and process issues that are not related to legal matters. In a high conflict divorce, emotions run high and lawyers are often pulled into arguments and issues that are more communication problems than legal problems. My goal is to give your client some relief and guidance on communication while allowing you to handle all legal issues.

  • Workshops

    Perhaps the idea of a divorce coach consulting for your firm sounds interesting, but you aren’t sold on it. I am happy to provide a lunch and learn where I can share with your team the benefits of a divorce coach and how it will help your firm service more clients efficiently as well as promote goodwill with your clients.
